Joanna Ortega

Hi, I’m Joanna Ortega, a Licensed Vocational Nurse and Case Manager with the ECM program. I have nearly eight years of experience in case management and recently expanded my career by becoming an LVN. In my nursing practice, I have worked closely with individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other high-need conditions, providing compassionate care and support tailored to their unique challenges. I am especially passionate about serving the elderly and underserved communities and helping them navigate the healthcare system with dignity and respect. My focus is on building trust, connecting members to the resources they need, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their care journey. 

Outside of work, I enjoy attending baseball games, going to Disneyland, staying active through workouts, and exploring new hiking trails.
