Quynh Ton
Hi, I’m Quynh. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over seven years, spending most of my career in emergency nursing, including working as an ER Charge Nurse in an underserved community. I also have experience in aesthetic dermatology, medical-surgical/telemetry, and preventative vaccine administration in pharmacies, skilled nursing facilities, community sites, and home settings. These experiences strengthened my ability to think quickly, advocate for patients, and provide care with both skill and compassion.
Now, as a Lead Care Manager in the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Program, I focus on supporting Medi-Cal members with complex needs and helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. I also provide clinical guidance for ECM-enrolled members across other health plans. I hold a BSN and an MSN in Leadership, Education, and Informatics, which allow me to combine clinical expertise with innovation and team development to improve care outcomes. My path to nursing began long before my degrees—I spent over 10 years as a caregiver and also worked in the hospitality and food & beverage industry. Those roles taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and meeting people where they are, lessons that continue to shape how I approach care today. Outside of work, I enjoy caring for my pets, fostering rescue kittens, and gardening, which bring me balance and joy.
